No, there are no hidden charges. All listed prices are inclusive of all taxes. We provide free shipping on all orders.

If would rather not make an online payment you can opt for Cash on Delivery. You will have to make your payment in cash during the final delivery of your order, before the order is handed over to you. The payment should be strictly in cash. The maximum amount that is payable via cash on delivery is ₹9,999. Payment is only accepted in Indian Rupees.

Returns & Replacements

If a replacement has been requested, then we will send you an email explaining the complete process. It will be initiated after we receive the original item from you.

Boltt will provide a replacement only if one is requested within 7 days of the receipt of your order and only under the conditions listen below.

1. Wrong product received.

2. Damaged product received.

In such cases, we require that

- Items should not be installed or used.

- All the items delivered inside the package should be returned. Anything missing from the package will not be accepted.

Cancellations

If the item has not been delivered, you may cancel the order by refusing delivery.
Your refund process will be initiated after we receive the original product from the courier.

It usually takes 2 working days to cancel an order. You will be notified about the cancellation by call or e-mail. If the item has already been dispatched, it will take around 7 working days for the cancellation and refund process to complete, once the product is returned to our warehouse.

Shipping

There are no shipping charges for any orders at www.boltt.shop

We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 3 working days of the order date. However, in some cases it may take up to 5 or more working days during festivals, sales or when there are other mitigating circumstances.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next day.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

Delivery times are influenced by product availability, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver to your location. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

All orders are shipped with an invoice from Boltt. In case you don't receive an invoice, you may submit a ticket by filling out this simple form at infocare@boltt.com

1. A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use this ID to track your order by visiting www.boltt.shop and clicking on "Track Your Order"

2. This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order and the current shipping status.

1. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact Boltt Customer Service immediately. You can reach out to us at infocare@boltt.com with your order ID and images of the product. Boltt will dispatch a replacement.

2. If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and submit a ticket atinfocare@boltt.com, mentioning your order ID. Boltt will dispatch a replacement.

Fire-Boltt Warranty Guidelines  

The Fire-Boltt warranty is confined to the first purchaser of its products and is non- transferable.  The services related to warranty are limited to repair of the product and is at the own discretion of Fire-Boltt.  

For any claim under this Warranty, Fire-Boltt will, at its discretion, repair any malfunctioning Fire-Boltt Smartwatch and replace if cannot repair by using new or factory-refurbished products. *Factory refurbished products will have performance characteristics equal to those of new products. The repaired product will not include the original packaging and accessories. All repaired products under this Limited Warranty will become the property of Fire-Boltt

When you claim a warranty you have to present the following:

  1. The Device with the box
  2. The original proof of purchase, which clearly indicates the name and address of the seller, the date and place of purchase, GST number, and valid serial number in case of serialized products.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Any physical damage to the Fire-Boltt Smartwatch shall render the warranty null and void.
  • Wear and Tear including damage to the surface coating of the Fire-Boltt Smartwatch.
  • Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature.
  • Appearance/ functioning of the watch not to the liking of the customer
  • Cosmetic damage - Related with the colour coating, rubber coating of casing, logo print erase, key print erase and the damage of casing
  • Warranty will stand null and void if the damage caused to the Fire-Boltt is due to use of non-standard/ sub-standard batteries, hands-free, memory card & charger etc. or such other electronics devices, consumables and accessories.
  • Any product(s) damaged or rendered unusable due to purposes other than its normal intended use, mishandling, use in inappropriate operating environments, or abnormal use.
  • Failure to use the Fire-Boltt Smartwatch in accordance with the User's Guide that may accompany the product, or any other abuse or neglect.
  • Damage resulting from improper packaging during transportation of the Fire-Boltt Smartwatch to any Fire-Boltt Service Center or authorized service partner.
  • Damage resulting from improper use or installation of third-party products.
  • Consumable products, such as batteries, that require periodic replacement during normal use.
  • External causes, including electric power fluctuations, usage of charging adapter more than 5V or fast charging adapters
  • Defects due to beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage and any component burn due to that, or failures due to power surge and acts of God will not be covered.
  • Software-related faults resulting from incorrect installation of software (except where the software is installed by Fire-Boltt), failure to perform any purpose other than its intended purpose, or the presence of viruses or bugs.
  • Servicing, repairs, modifications, or handling by unauthorized personnel or the use of products not manufactured and/or sold by Fire-Boltt or its authorized Service Centers

 

Fire-Boltt reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for reasons furnished in writing.

In the event of obsolescence of a product or any other reason whatsoever, if Fire-Boltt not able to repair the product during the warranty period, Fire-Boltt will have the option to offer a product with equivalent features. The decision of Fire-Boltt in this regard shall be final.

 

Types Of Physical Damage

1. Screen Damage:

      •  Scratches: The screen can get scratched from contact with hard or abrasive surfaces.
      •  Cracks: A sharp impact or a drop can lead to cracked or shattered screens.
      • Water Damage: Water-resistant ratings have limitations, and exceeding the specified depth or pressure can lead to water entering the watch

      2. Impact Damage:

      • Dents and Dings: Dropping or hitting the smartwatch against a hard surface can result in dents or dings on the casing.
      •  Internal Damage: Hard impacts can also damage internal components, affecting the smartwatch's functionality.

      3. Water Damage:

      •  Water-resistant ratings have limitations, and exceeding the specified depth or pressure can lead to water entering the watch classifying it as water damage.

      4. Band & Strap Damage:

      • Wristbands and straps can wear out, break, or become damaged over time, affecting the watch's wearability.

      5. Button and Crown Damage:

      •  Physical buttons or crowns on a smartwatch can become stuck, unresponsive, or damaged with extended use or misuse.

      6. Battery Damage:

      • Overheating or puncturing the battery can result in damage to the smartwatch and potential safety hazards.

      7. Connector Damage:

      • Ports and connectors can become damaged through repeated use, making it difficult to charge the smartwatch or connect it to other devices.

      8. Frame or Casing Damage:

      • The outer frame or casing of the smartwatch can get scratched, dented, or chipped through daily wear and tear.

      9. Strap Pins and Lugs:

      •  If the strap pins or lugs break or wear out, the smartwatch may fall off the wrist.

      10. Software and Data Corruption:

      • Physical damage can sometimes lead to software issues or data corruption, affecting the functionality i.e Lines On Display/Display Whitening/Display Flickering of the smartwatch.

       

      **Fire-Boltt will not offer repair services for these issues. It's important to clarify that in cases of physical damage, the warranty for the watch is no longer applicable.

       

      Service & Technical Support

      1. Repair will be carried out through Fire-Boltt's Support Centre
      2. Fire-Boltt will provide general service and technical support to all customers in accordance with prevailing service and technical support policies, which may vary from product to product.
      3. The time taken for repair and in transit, whether under warranty or otherwise, shall not be excluded from the warranty period.
      4. Fire-Boltt reserves the right to revise its general and optional service and support programs and the associated terms and conditions from time to time. Service or support will not be provided until full payment for the product and/or service has been made.

      5. The customer will incur a charge of Rs 200 for all general repairs other than Device Dead, Battery backup issues and Display lines issue. The display line issue shall continue to have a charge of Rs 300.

       

      Coverage of above-mentioned charges -

      1. Customer with above issues that comes within the initial 7 days of purchase will be repaired the product without additional charges

       

      1. For Replaced products –
      1. Issue arising within the initial 7 days of delivery the replacement of the unit shall be approved
      2. Issue arising post 7 days of the delivery with the replacement unit will be denied

      Step 2: A Ticket Number will be generated for your complaint/query, so you can track the following process.

      Step 3: Our Support Team will revert within 24-48 hours.

      Step 4: A Resolution will be given to you related to Exchange/Refund within 7-10 Days.
