No, there are no hidden charges. All listed prices are inclusive of all taxes. We provide free shipping on all orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to ₹9,999. Payment can be made via cash or UPI, in Indian Rupees, at the time of delivery before the order is handed over.
Returns & Replacements
Once a replacement request is submitted, it will be reviewed and validated by our team. After approval, you will receive an email outlining the complete replacement procedure. The replacement product will be dispatched only after the original item has been received by us. Please note that hand-to-hand replacements are not available.
Returns will be considered only in the following cases:
- Product not functioning as intended
- Manufacturing-related defects
- Operational issues, including:
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing items or accessories
- Transit damage
We will first attempt to resolve the issue by offering a replacement.
A return or refund will be considered only if the issue cannot be resolved through replacement.
A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests. The video must show:
- The sealed package being opened
- The product and all accessories clearly
- The issue observed during or immediately after unboxing
Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled immediately. Once the order has already been shipped and is yet to be delivered, you may cancel it by refusing the delivery. The refund process will be initiated once the original product is received back from the courier.
If the item has already been dispatched, it will take around 7 working days for the cancellation and refund process to complete, once the product is returned to our warehouse.
Shipping
There are no shipping charges for any orders placed on www.fireboltt.shop
Orders are usually shipped within 3 working days. During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take up to 5 or more working days. Orders are processed Monday to Saturday; orders placed on Sunday are processed the next working day.
Orders are generally delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service. We make every effort to dispatch each item within 3 working days from the order date. Delivery timelines may vary during peak periods, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Estimated delivery times may vary based on factors such as product availability, your shipping location, and the courier partner’s delivery timelines for your area. These factors can differ for each item, which may affect delivery schedules. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to arrive.
All orders are shipped with an invoice from Fire-Boltt. In case you don't receive an invoice, you may submit a ticket by filling out this simple form or email us at help@boltt.com
1. A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use this ID to track your order by visiting www.fireboltt.shop and clicking on 'Track Your Order'
2. This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order and the current shipping status.
If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, you may refuse to accept it and request the delivery executive to return it to us. Once the shipment is received, we will inspect it for damage or missing contents and initiate a replacement order accordingly.
